Privacy Policy
Who we are
Happy Krumping is run by Jonathan Arkin. This policy covers the List Building Accelerator website and the cohort it sells. Questions about your data go to HelloKrumping@proton.me.
What we collect and why
When you buy a seat. Payment is taken on Ko-fi, on Ko-fi's own page, under Ko-fi's Terms of Use and privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details. Ko-fi passes us your name, email address and the record of your payment so we can give you your seat, send you the session details and, if you are in the first ten, review your list. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
During the cohort. The lists you send for review, questions you ask in sessions, and anything you post in the cohort's WhatsApp group. We use these to run the coaching. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Feedback. At the end of the cohort we ask for ten minutes of honest feedback. If you agree to be quoted on this site, we will ask you separately and in writing first, and we will use only the name or handle you approve. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
On this website. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking. The site stores one value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose dark or light mode. It never leaves your device. See the Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
Ko-fi (payment), WhatsApp (the cohort group, which you choose to join), Google Meet or a similar service (the live sessions), and YouTube (video embeds on this page, which load only if you play them). Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your purchase record for as long as tax law requires. Your lists and cohort messages until the cohort ends plus three months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Approved testimonials for as long as they are on the site, or until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we will act within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Norway that is Datatilsynet.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to current cohort members.
